Julian Tyndale-Biscoe (MCIPR)

Managing director

Julian is managing director and founder of InHealth Communications. He edited various magazines (including Internet Business and MedEconomics) at Haymarket Publishing before joining Dr Foster as head of marketing and communications where he was instrumental in raising awareness of this fast-growing health informatics company. As well as an excellent grasp of health policy, he has many contacts at senior level within the health sector. Julian is also vice chairman of Suffolk Mind.

Russell Elliott (MCIPR)


Russell is a former journalist and former head of marketing, communications and patient experience at leading independent NHS provider Virgin Care. His background includes in-house and agency expertise across a range of industries including health, property, pharmaceuticals and finance. Russell has headed up departments including responsibility for public affairs, public relations, customer experience and internal, online and digital communications. Russell is a member and fully accredited practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).


Jessica Gallagher

Account director

Jessica worked as a journalist for ten years before moving into public relations six years ago. She was health editor on a daily newspaper, carrying out investigative and campaign work before being promoted to news editor and assistant editor. Her excellent writing and communication skills combined with 16 years’ experience in the media are vital to ensuring our clients’ messages have the greatest impact.

Juliette Lobley

Account executive

Juliette is a graduate in European Studies and former nurse trainee who has a wide range of experience in a number of roles across healthcare, local government and the private sector. She has been with InHealth Communications since 2012. Over the past four years she has worked on everything from Parliamentary Receptions to Quality Assurance Reports. She is particularly skilled in communicating and highlighting clients’ projects and their relevance to today’s health sector and has secured shortlisted and winning entries in numerous trade media awards.
